GlobeOne is the all-in-one app for TM and Globe users to easily manage accounts, buy load, access promos, and redeem rewards. In this guide, we’ll show you everything you need to know about using the GlobeOne App.

You can still use your old TM number, including any remaining load balance, active promos, and TM Rewards points from your old SIM.

You can download the GlobeOne application from the Google Play Store, App Store, or Huawei App Gallery.

What’s New with the GlobeOne App?

Starting August 2021, the GlobeOne has been upgraded with a new design and improved user experience.
With the new app, you can continue monitoring your Globe Prepaid, TM, and MyFi accounts easily.

How to Access the New GlobeOne App

  • Available on the App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
  • Open for users of Globe Prepaid, TM, Home Prepaid WiFi, and MyFi starting August 2021.
  • To use it, sign up and register your accounts. Make sure your device is connected to the internet or WiFi.

You can register using:

  • Email address
  • Google (Gmail)
  • Facebook
  • Apple ID
  • Yahoo Mail

Once registered, you can also add your other TM or Globe Prepaid numbers.

FAQs about App

Are there data charges for using the app?

  • Yes, for now. Keep the app updated to know when it becomes free to use.

What phone versions are compatible?

  • iOS devices: Version 14.0 and above
  • Android devices: Version 5.0 and above

Can I use my old GlobeOne login details?

  • No. You must create a new account and re-register your TM or Globe number.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Didn’t receive your OTP?

  • Click “Send me a New Code”. After 6 wrong attempts, your account will be locked for 24 hours.

Too many login attempts?

  • Wait at least 30 minutes before trying again.
  • If still locked, click “Forgot Password” to reset via your registered email.

Invalid Email / Incorrect Password or PIN?

  • Double-check that you entered the correct details.

Server error?

  • Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the app.
  • Clear the app cache and restart the app.

Face ID or Touch ID not recognized?

  • The app will prompt you to log in using a six-digit PIN instead.

Issue with ‘Buy Load’ button?

  • Check your internet connection and reopen the app.

GCash payment errors?

  • Ensure you have enough balance.
  • If using a card, check that it is supported by the system.

Payment interrupted or page closed?

  • Wait a few minutes for SMS confirmation. If none, retry the transaction.

Where to report issues?

  • You can contact TM Tambayan through Facebook Messenger or Globe Customer Support.

  • You will receive a text message once your promo ends.
  • To check your remaining MB, text DATA BAL to 8080 for free.
  • To stop your promo, text EZ STOP to 8080 for free.

Additional Promo Details

  • You can register for another promo even if you still have data left.
  • The newest promo’s validity will override the old one.
  • For checking the status of your unlimited calls and texts, text:
