How to Pay Your Borrowed Load or Promo:
You can pay in two ways:
- Buy Load:
- Purchase load from any channel.
- The loan will be automatically collected from your new load.
- You’ll receive a confirmation SMS from 3733.
- Use Existing Load:
- If you already have enough balance, text PAY UTANG to 3733,
- Or dial *143# → select UTANG → select PAY UTANG.
⚡ Important Notes
Can I still use my SIM if I haven’t paid my loan yet?
- Yes, you can still use your SIM.
- However, you cannot borrow again until you settle your outstanding loan.
Is there any additional interest?
- No!
- TM does not charge additional interest for unpaid loans.
- The service fee for TM Utang offers is fixed.
Can I borrow again after paying my loan?
- Yes!
- You can borrow again once your outstanding balance is fully paid.
Can I unsubscribe from Utang service?
- Yes!
- To unsubscribe from the borrowed promo, type:
STOP [Promo Keyword] and send it to 3733.
